Imaginary trips without restrictions are not all they're cracked up to be

'When there's something you can't do in real life , you can live out your fondest wishes ... in your dreams." I've always hated monstrous pop psychology advice like that. No reason to grab the real thing when you can experience a fake inferior version, sandwiched between nightmares, while sawing logs.
